J. Stephen Crim II formed The Crim Law Firm to assist victims of personal injuries.  After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, he was admitted to the prestigious University of Texas School of Law.  While at the U.T. School of Law, Mr. Crim took a diverse range of legal courses, one of which included gaining admittance to an exchange student program.  He attended a Semester in London at Queen Mary and William College, which provided exposure to other legal systems.  After graduating from law school and becoming licensed in 1996 by The Texas Supreme Court as an Attorney and Counselor at Law, Mr. Crim briefly worked at an Insurance Defense Law Firm, gaining valuable insight into the methods by which Insurance Companies conduct business.

After law school, Mr. Garza worked as an associate attorney at what was then the largest Workers’ Compensation firm in Texas representing seriously injured workers.  In 2002, The Law Offices of Dax F. Garza, P.C. was started and Mr. Garza continued his work representing individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries, and fighting to protect the rights of those damaged by the carelessness and malice of others.  During this time, Dax became a member of the The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  Certification by The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizes the accomplishments of trial attorneys for their ability to secure awards for their clients in excess of two million dollars.
